Our Training Program
We don't just throw you to the wolves. Our training program typically lasts 90 days. We pair you with an experienced professional mentor who guides you through your first $100k in deals.
Week 1: Foundations
- 20-30 hours of Digital Training (Red Roofing U)
- 1-on-1 with Owners (CRM login, Lead Gen, Measuring Roofs, Sales Planning)
- Shadow Install / Supervise Job
- Friends & Family Outreach (warm lead list)
Week 2: Field Work
- Ride-along day w/ Mentor (inspections, adjuster meetings, & installs)
- Door Knocking (50-100 knocks)
- 3-4 Live Inspections
- Game Plan with Mentor for week 3
- Recap meeting with Owners
Training Pay: For qualified candidates w/ potential commission (if requirements met).
